Working principle
The working principle of a water-soluble wax injection machine is similar to that of a conventional wax injection machine. Typically, the water-soluble wax is heated to a liquid state by a heating device, and then the liquid wax is injected into the prepared mold cavity through a wax gun or injection nozzle using pressure generated by an air or hydraulic system. After the wax cools and solidifies, the desired wax mold is obtained.
Structural composition
Wax barrel: Used for storing water-soluble wax, typically made of stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation properties.
Heating system: Composed of a heater, temperature control meter, and other components, it heats the water-soluble wax in the wax barrel and maintains it at the set temperature, with a temperature control range typically between room temperature and 100°C.
Wax Injection Gun: A key component for injecting liquid wax into molds, its nozzle size and shape can be replaced according to mold requirements.
Control System: Includes an electrical control cabinet, intelligent temperature control meter, and other components used to regulate parameters such as heating temperature, wax injection pressure, and wax injection time. Some high-end wax injection machines are also equipped with a PLC programmable control system and a human-machine interface, enabling automated operation and fault diagnosis.
Pressure systems: There are two common types, pneumatic and hydraulic. Pneumatic wax injection machines use compressed air to provide pressure, forcing the wax material out of the injection nozzle. Hydraulic wax injection machines, on the other hand, utilize hydraulic oil to transmit pressure, offering stable pressure and high injection accuracy.
